REFUND & EXCHANGE - Damaged item

All items sold are non-exchangeable.

We only replace items if they are damaged. If your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us (beautyful-mess@hotmail.com) within 7 days and we will replace it. Further instructions will be sent to ensure a smooth exchange process. A new piece will then be sent to replace the damaged item. If, the item is not available, we'll issue a full refund (excludes shipping fee). Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

RETURN / EXCHANGE- Incorrect item/size received

In the event that you have received a wrong item, our sincere apologies to you! Please contact us immediately. Further instructions will be advised to ensure a smooth return process.
